Your products are delivered by Posti (Finnish Post Service) within 10-15 business days, after we have received your payment. During high season, shipping time may vary. Small shipments are delivered directly to the address of your choice, while larger items may be picked up at the nearest post office. The shipping cost is 10.00 euros in Finland (including the Åland Islands) and 12.00 euros for the rest of Europe, regardless of the size and weight of the package.
For uncollected packages we charge a fee of 20 euros. This corresponds to the costs we put out to send the package and receive it in return.
PICK-UP AT STUDIO
Your order can also be picked up at our studio (Ryttaregatan 30, 10300 Karis FINLAND) by selecting the "pick-up at studio" shipping option at the checkout. This option does not include any additional shipping cost. Correspondingly, products can also be returned directly to us. These arrangements will be agreed upon via email.
You can use following payment methods:
Manual payment entails that payment information will be sent to you via e-mail after an order has been placed. This allows you to use your own online banking codes. When the payment is registered your order will be shipped.
If the order confirmation is not paid by the due date your order will be cancelled. This does not entail any additional costs.
ÅLAND & NORWAY - VAT-FREE ZONES
Unfortunately, due to the customs system, we cannot send shipments to Åland and Norway. We hope that customers in these areas can handle deliveries with an intermediary in Finland (private delivery). Contact us and we will solve the problem together!
FREE RETURN & EXCHANGE
You can return or modify your order without any reason within 14 days from the date you received the products. Any shipments requires that the product is returned in its original condition, unwashed and unworn with all labels intact.
For return and exchange:
1. Pack the products to be returned, preferably in the same package / bag they came in.
2. Fill in all the fields in the enclosed return form and add it in the return package.
3. Patch the enclosed return address label on the package (free return). Make sure to cover the old address label.
4. Hand over to nearest POSTI delivery office. Keep the receipt.
When the return shipment has arrived, the value of your product will be refunded within 14 days to you credit card, PayPal account or bank account you specified in the return form, excluding shipping costs. Remember to attach the return form when you return your product. The package can also be returned directly to us at our studio (address below). If you want to exchange the item for a different size or colour, or a different product in our range, you can specify your wishes in the return form. Then there will not be any additional delivery fees and any price differences will be refunded to your account.

At e/s design we aim to design clothes that can be adapted according to body type, personality, and event. In this way, our clothes may be used over and over again for many years. We want to discourage the so-called "fast fashion" phenomenon of discarding personal clothing every few months and instead contribute with something more enduring, which will benefit your own well-being, your personal finances and in the long run, the environment.

We want to collect as little information as possible. We only collect information that is necessary for us to fulfill our commitment (i.e. sending you goods purchased through our website) and for you to fulfill your commitment (i.e. paying for your order).
